1.1. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
1.2. If the booking is made more than 7 days before the arrival date, full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
1.3. If the booking is made within 7 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the arrival date there will be no refund.
2.4. No-shows or early departures will be no refund.
2.5. We recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
3.1. Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
3.2. Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
3.3. Late check-out may incur an additional charge unless agreed in advance.
4.1. Guests must treat the accommodation and surroundings with respect.
4.2. Any damage caused must be reported and may be chargeable.
4.3. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the pod.
4.4. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless agreed in advance.
5.1. Up to 2 well-behaved small-medium sized dogs are allowed with prior approval. No large breeds. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
5.2. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturbance.
6.1. All facilities provided (e.g. fire pits) are used at the guest’s own risk.
6.2. Children must be supervised at all times.
7.1. We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other events that prevent the fulfilment of the booking.
8.1. Any personal data provided during booking will be kept secure and used only for the purpose of managing your stay.
8.2. We do not share your information with third parties, unless legally required to do so.
