Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. By booking, guests agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

 

Guest Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before arrival — Full refund.

  • 7–14 days before arrival — 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival — No refund.

  • No‑shows or early departures — No refund.

 

Date Changes

We’ll do our best to accommodate date changes made more than 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Changes requested within 14 days are treated as a cancellation.

 

Business Cancellations

If we cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety issues, or operational problems), you will receive a full refund or the option to move your booking, subject to availability. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as travel costs.

 

Travel Insurance

We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect their stay.
